Quantum Board SF2000 or Viparspectra 600w for this setup?

Since the stretch is going to be too much for the intensity of these blurples, I was wondering if anyone has any advice on quantum boards. I’m looking at the Spider Farmer SF2000.
Flowing is recommended from 12-18” for the quantum board instead of 20-24” for the blurples. I don’t want my ladies lovely smelly oils to be burned away.

At the advertised coverage area those are a little under powered IMO. With quality LED I want 35 - 40 watts per square foot for flowering. Those seem to math in between 25 and 30 wpsf (for flowering) using their footprint dimensions.

I found the Spider Farmer SF2000 on Amazon in the US for $309.99, free shipping with prime.

Lol, yeah but your spot on, the wattage is a little under what I would run.

Its a shame the 260w XW HLG kit from growers lights is never in stock. Would of been good coverage.

The HLG 300 is a good choice, especially for light spread, just a bit expensive, but I like the Kits for the $ per watt.

I don't really count the kits as DIY because its like a couple of screws and wiring a plug.
So I would go with the rspec 260w so its like for like, but on a budget the hlg260 v1 would be great, I still love mine.

DIY I would go for 4 of those QB132s, $135 a pack I think and an aluminium plate and hlg240 w driver.
That's a lot of light and could be run in lower profile spaces too.

If that's not above your budget I would rather have a bit more power and not need it than a bit to little like the SF2000

For a pre built fixture yeah, I like the kits because they are less money for almost the same thing.
But the pre builts like HLG300 and 550 come with 3 year warranty unlike the kits which are 1 year I think.
