quest, questions, advice for gummies without jello, using kief from dry ice bubble bag?

I couldn't really put enough detail in the titles limited size but here's where I'm at

I couldn't find any recipes using kief that doesn't use jello, and I couldn't find any not using jello that also use any type of cannabis product.

I have decided to go on a journey to make some awesome gummies, when I've gotten it all done I'll post a finished recipe

I don't want to use jello, I want everything going into the gummies to be as flavorless as possible so i can create my own flavours.

for flavouring, I am planning to use concentrated flavouring used for candy and e-liquid(i make my own eliquid already for vaping so have these concentrates as well as vg, pg. and peg 400

I have purchased unflavoured gelatin

I have a ton of kief

I found this recipe online:

• 1 cup fruit juice (going to replace with water)
• 3 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (don't see why this is needed)
• 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional) ( I will use concentrates to sweeten)

This recipe doesn't include any kind of cannabis though,

One guy says he mixes his decarbed kief with VG before adding it to the gummy mixture in the pot.

Would like to hear some thoughts and opinions on this.

Should I be mixing my kief with some type of oil or vg before adding to the gummy mixture?

Part of me says considering the fact it will result in a solid product, it shouldn't matter whether the kief will emulsify into the liquid mixture.

I would go 1/2 cup infused coconut oil and half cup juice to 4 tablespoons gelatin. Lose lemon juice keep the honey. I usually add a teaspoon of lecithin
