I had the idea of vegging my plant for 7 or 8 months, so it would be around 1 year old before i harvest it. i just want 1 single massive plant and flower it outside when the season comes. Do you think this can be manageable? i know i can control how big it can get before putting it into flower, i just want to know if this is a good idea or not.

They do it in Humboldt all the time. With the right genetics, 10lb a plant.

I grew out massive plants in just a regular grow season. Genetics will be a big factor.
