Question About Aeroponics! + ++ REP

I wanna Run this setup I saw on another thread it was called 2 pounds in 80 days or something like that. He was running a rubbermaid 55-60 gallon tank with the top holding 32 3'' or 4''(not sure) net cups. I wanna run two of these in a custom built grow box. Im not really sure all about the connecting of pipes and pumps and such(need advice on that topic? Could I connect both rubbermaids together and have it working smoothly? And at the botttom of the tubs is where he kept his water. Am I ever gonna have to change out the water? And whats the best lighting to use in this set up. Does veg and Flowering need two different lightings for this system. Also if I wanted to select a Mother and start cloning for this system how could I do it. Not to mention where could I store the clones and Mother Could It be in the same box? Should The box be broken into compartments?

check this link out. i run four of these and a few other setups. it is defnitely not the most cost effective or efficient system you can choose but it works. yes you could connect the tubs together and run one nutrient package for both but you would not be a to run the tubs on two different time scales and go into a perpetual grow like in the link of the previous post.
