Question about Carbon Filters

When air is passed into a carbon filter can it be ventilated through duct out the other side or is just dispersed through the activated charcoal and back into the room the filter is in? The reason I ask is becuase I was wondering if this set up is possible and efficent...

High Out Put Squirrel cage Blower> duct> 1st 1000watt cooltube> duct> 2nd 1000 watt cool tube> duct> Carbon Filter> duct to outside vent.

All is connected to same duct network and all air is pulled from inside grow room and exhausted outside.

You don't have to vent it outside. The advantage to venting it outside is that you lose the heat that is in the room. Also you're going to want a fan to be pulling at the end most likely. I'm having vent problems myself .

Maybe I don't have to vent it outside, but would it still be to my advantage by making the grow a little more stable, or is it just total overkill? Cuz the exterior exhaust would not be difficult to accomplish.

Stable in what way? Sorry that I don't understand.

u don't want to pull hot stanky air thru the carbon filter. I've heard this doesn't clean the air as well as if it wasn't hot.

go intake fan from outside the room> light > ducting > light > ducting and > outtake fan blowing out of the room. this is what the cooltubes were made for.

then just have your carbon filter sucking the air from in the room to outside or attic or where ever.

By stable I meant consistent temps, humidity, etc. ideal for the plant to grow. Preventing fluctuating temps and unwanted humidity, as in an unstable environment.

I would recommend this system:
First fan:
outside>duct>light>duct>light>duct>fan>outside
Second fan:
insidegrowroom>fan>filter

if you want you can also do this with second fan
insidegrowoom>filter>fan (but this isn't as good as above but will keep the grow area stealthier by not having a filter on the outside)
