So a guy tells me he has 600 mg cartridges. He said its really 800 mg because its stuffed to the top. Is this true or is this guy just trying to swindle me into buying his cartridges?
Another guy told me something similar. He said he had 700mg cartridges but its really 900mg cause its stuffed to the top. Does it really add a .2 if they are stuffed to the top?
