Question about CFL configuration

i have two 125 watt cfls, one 6500k and the other 2700k. I have two fixtures for them one with a reflector and the other is a hanging lamp cord. i keep the reflector hanging over the top and the lamp cord hanging lower next to the plant hitting the side branches. i'm planning on switching my crazy miss hyde to 12/12 soon and am wondering which would be better for flowering, the 2700k up top in the reflector with 6500k on the side? or other way around?

2700k top for flowering and keep the 6500k above all the leaves as photosynthisis only occur's on the top side of the leaf! wishing you the best my brother! jack
