Question about cure/dry

First time growing my own plant to finish but have participated in grows as a helper.
But I am confused about one thing because none of them ever been like this

My buds are super sticky. Like throw at the wall and stick while leaving snail trails and super oily as well. Not wet, doesn't leave any wet spots on paper, when squished it rebounds about 80% of its size.
Been in jars for days and they stick together and first day they took some persuading to break the clump apart but each day becomes less and less clumpy but remains sticky.
Hay smell is being replaced by smell of tropical fruit, gold cigars and cookies.
But humidity is still at 80% and not dropping. Gauge is right because other jars vary.
Dried in 75° and 60-65 humidity for 7 days.
Buds were like a stale marshmallow when we trimmed.

The flavor when smoked is that of pine. Strong strong pine, trichomes are milky and amber and the hairs are red not rusty like a old truck bed.
Couch lock and zone out buzz
Currently in jars in 65° basement in solid darkness.

So I gave all that info to wonder if it's just super sticky resin bud or am I mistaken it and it's actually wet?

If you’re sure your hygrometer is correct and you have buds jarred up at 80% rh you are inviting mold. Around 58-62% rh is where you want to be once jarred or bagged. I would hang them back up for a bit, or at least take them out of the jars and spread them out so they are not clumped together and let them dry some more.
