Hi, I've completed setting up the bubbleponics system from stealth hydro last night and planted 6 germed seeds. Four of them are freebies from Gypsy durban x skunk 1 which surprisingly germed very well after i roughed them up a little with a nail file. Two others are seeds I paid for and are Nirvana Shiva strain. I read Roseman's excellent thread about this but this is my first time growing and I still have some questions, maybe someone can help. So I planted the seeds in the rockwool, the system is in a ventilated closet, temps are 73F/53 hum. I made disks out of foam plates like Roseman recommended and covered the pots with them, but then I realized that I've put the rockwool cubes a little too high and the plates don't lay flat on the pots. So I'm using a piece of 6 mil black poly to cover the system from light. Is this ok? Or will the seeds dislike being covered with that stuff? There's plenty of air around it though and I didn't seal the plastic around or anything. Also, how long does it actually take for seedlings to show up in darkness? I know i'm being over anxious, but this is pretty exciting and I'm afraid to screw up this step. Roseman said just to leave it in darkness pumping for 3-6 days.
