Yes, Usually the outdoor strains are plants that will get taller and survive the elements better. You can grow anything indoors. Just some indoor strains wont do so well outdoors.
That my understanding.

In my opinion using an outdoor strain indoors is alright but you may run into some complications. Being, alot of outdoor plants are leaning more sative, meaning they will grow taller and take way longer to finish. They may not respond to 12/12 and will only flower when they feel they are ready. Do you have a particular strain in mind? the light requirements will be greater as well, tho if you give them all the light they need then it will produce a great plethora of buds

what do you meen by they might no respond to 12/12 untill they are ready?

does this meen they would flower under 24/0 or they will take longer to mature then indoor strains inorder for them to be mature enough to flower?

I don't mind f they grow taller of faster since my main grow spsace is 7 feet tall
