alright, so i have a plant, and i plan on moving it away from my property, into woods a few miles away
my question is, if i have ONE plant, in dense woods, but in a place where it still gets sunlight, do you think it would get found? i plan on going to water it about every 3 days, just so im not there everyday, how safe would this be? i dont think the pigs would set up camp and wait on me to go water the plant or something to pin me to that one plant
thanks in advance :-D

Put it in a place where no1 goes. If you think people might go there, goto your spot and lay a dollar on the ground where you wanna plant it... come back in a week or 2 and if its still there then you'll prolly be alright. I'd rather lose a dollar than my crop;) I doubt the pigs are going to worry about a sting operation on a single plant.. i would imagine they have bigger fish to fry. Just don't leave anything around there that can come back to you, trash can have fingerprints, plus you don't want trash around just because it might draw attention.

alright thank you
i wasent too sure if cops would do that, because i have a buddy whos mom was a cop, and he said that she told him theyd steak out and watch 1 plant
but what ever, i dont really think they would over 1 plant
but doing anything in my town is pretty sketchy, i live in the florida pan handle
and in my town cops are driving around with the chief of police, and pulling people over for the littlest things, like my buddy got pulled of the other night after we got some shrooms (i dont do them) from a field, and he got pulled over for the license plate light not being on, then they insisted they search the car, but he said no, we woulda been fine though, shrooms are legal here

The cops dont give a crap about a single plant. To be totally honest, most truely want you to have it. Its a sedative. Keep the masses tranquelized. THat being sad, Cops wont be your problem, animals will. If you are importing soil, they will dig ur plant up, if you use ANYTHING ORGANIC, they will dig ur stuff up. Get some netting and stapple gun it to trees to form a make-shift fence to keep them out.

More about your legal question - IF someone was busted, they go by weight, so 1 - 1lb plant would be the same as 100 1/100lb plants.

I don't know about Florida, but in my state, and I believe most of the others, 1 plant = 1 pound.
If you have ten half-dead, stretched out seedlings growing in an old starbucks cup, that's ten pounds. If you have a twelve foot monster, ten weeks into bloom, sagging to the ground with baseball bat sized buds, that's one pound.

It's ridiculous but it's the law.

Go out into the woods, find a place with sun all day, crawl into the nastiest, brier-y-est shit that you couldn't pay someone else to go in, and plant your plant. Plant it in the ground and you'll have to come back a lot less often than you had planned. Since you already should be in a place where there is no chance in hell someone would come tromping through, install a chicken wire fence or similar around your plant and run fishing line every ten inches for three feet above the chicken wire.

What soil are you planning on using?

Same thing in Tenn...

Just don't use same path all the time... go at different times and leave no sign of people (garbage..etc)... Luck.
