Question about POT GROWING MYTH

i odnt know if this is true or not so i was wondering wether or not someone ou thtere might know. Th emyth goes that if you rip off the tips of some of the leaves that its causes the plant stress which in turn makes the plant produce more resin and overall better weed. Do you think that this would be a good thing to do or could it cause it stress to the plant and kill it?

i have not done that yet and i dont think i ever will seems like a bad idea my thoughts are that it would send the plant into early budding due to the stress. just wanted to get your thoughts on it

Do's: Provide camouflage. Planting weed next to corn or hops works well. Plant in patches, or bend plants over and tie to the ground once they reach a noticeable height. Wrap plants growing in pots on the patio in coloured plastic. Pinch tips of leaves off to improve potency and resin production.

Another still-experimental process to increase the resin it to pinch off the leaf tips as soon as they appear from the time the plant is in the seedling stage on through its entire life-span.

This produces a distorted, wrecked looking plant which would be very difficulty to recognize as marijuana. Of course, there is less substance to this plant, but such wrecked creatures have been known to produce so much resin that it crystallizes a strong hash all over the surface of the plant - might be wise to try it on a plant or two and see what happens.

i was wondering this myself and came upon this thread in question haha

just keep the air dry. Resin is supposed to keep the moisture in, and if you make it dryer, the plant makes more resin to hold the moisture.
