Question for closet growers who use HID's combined with flo lights?

First a few details I am using a Supercloset LED Trinity 3.0 to grow, and growing in this closet with full pots will cause some plants to just get lost in the shuffle and pushed into the area of the side flo light. While these plants produce very little bud, the bud and sugar trim that is produced is just ridiculously covered in tricomes.

My question is has anyone else noticed better tricome coverage on plants that grow closer to your flo lights or is this just something that happens due to the plants small stature?

Here's a few pics of the current grow and what im talking about. This is Jupiter OG Kush by the way cloned from a seed I got from a Jupiter og bud from Pink House.

Man I hate to say it, but you have some serious plant health issues.
I was going to agree with you though. I have a trinity LED and the trich production is crazy. I would say it has more to do with the Kind LED and genetics though.

I use 300w LED each emitter is 3w. side light as t5 and 23w cfls. I don't really see the plants closest to cfl frostier than those in center, unless it's like a WW or something. Looks like you have mites good sir, and maybe some over watering or nute burn. ( not pointing a finger, trying to be helpful) I was king of borg problems my last two grows, and know that leaf damage well. Thanks for starting the thread and sharing observed plant behaviors :0D

There were so many problems with this grow i'm just happy it's finally over. I had the fungus gnat infestation from hell and mold problems also. The bud I did get came out pretty nice though. But I never get a lot of it. I ended up with 2 more jars that are a little more full them this.
