Hey Guys this may seem like a dumb question but which stage of growth --Veg or bloom does a plant get its size? thanks

I veg my plants to 12-18"'s and when they come out of flower ready to be harvested they are almost 5 1/2 ft tall, so my answer is flower to almost triple what growing happens in veg.

Agreed, the majority of growth happens in the first 2-5 weeks of flowering. Most strains double or triple in heigth, in the short period of time. My last strain was mostly Indica, and doubled. Sativas tend to stretch even more, although most strains are hybrids, so it's hard to say, til you actually flower them once, and find out for yourself.

I was skeptical about my plant doubling or even quadrupling in height during the flower stage -- I was naive. Leave a lot of room to flower in, it's awesome!!!
