No. You will get a extremely low yield and potency. Autos run best on 20/4 or 24/0

Im no expert, but from everything ive read, autoflowers have a set life cycle, therefore they flower when they are ready, plants love light, so to have a good yield from an autoflowering plant, you would want to give it as much light as you can
