do i change her watering cycle?
No, but as she grows bigger she will require more and more water. Best rule of thumb here is to water due to need - not by number of days it's been since last water. The most foolproof way is to feel the weight of the pot when you know she's dry. Now water until you see water coming out the bottom, and pick up the growing pot again. Obviously much heavier, right? So when the weight of the pot feels "dry" again, then it's time to water.
The reason I suggest this method, especially to new growers, is that overwatering seems to be an issue. How long it takes your soil to dry out will depend on several things...size of the plant/uptake of moisture...room humidity...composition of your soil (IOW if soil is dense or has lots of peat it will hold more moisture longer).
