Question on lighting

I was curious to whether any of these types of lights would work well for growing, I know they do awsome as far as growing corals thats what i know a lot about, growing i just started from 1 seed and my experiment has put me at 4 1/2 weeks into flower with some bubble gum / widow! nice lookin stuff!

Anyways
2 x 250 PFO Metal Halide (15,000k Bulbs is what im concerned about)
2 to 4 VHO 4ft strips i believe they are 110 watt a pc.

wanna know spectrums on these and whether or not anyone has tried any of the saltwater industry metal halide bulbs. thank you

metal halide are good for veg Can be used to flower but buds wont be as big or as dense

Check the lamp manufacturers web site for specs on the bulbs, and maybe provide a link for us to check it out, too.
