Ideally, if you're running in coco, you should see something closer to 5.8, however, I wouldn't get hung up on what the coco is reading; as mentioned prior, focus on your nutrient. If your nutrient is at a pH of 5.8, your coco will follow suit...that's the beauty of coco. God bless
