Question reguarding white widow seedlings

I'v heard many times that white widow is a nut sensitive plant. I'd like to know if it would be wise to use 2 parts foxfarm happyfrog, 1 part perlite, 1 part vermiculite. I Don't want to use to much happy frog with a nute sensitive plant. I know it's rather to be safe than sorry.
I have the following products to work with and and up for sugestions, hopfully someone if firmilar with white widow:

-Foxfarm ocean forest
-Foxfarm happy frog
-Vermiculite
-perlite
dolomite lime
-peat moss
-coco coir

On a side note i'd like to know if it's nessisary to ad dolomite lime for the seedling stage in case I have to make my own perate seedling soil

My 2 parts foxfarm happyfrog, 1 part perlite, 1 part vermiculite mix was met to be used for germination+seedling stages... sorry I didn't specify that the first time

last time I grew white widow I just used Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Nutes starting at around week 5 or 6. Flipped when around 16 inches tall. Easy strain.

You should be ok using happy frog, it isn't a real hot mix. I don't think you need any dolomite lime for the seedlings. I would add a little to your final mix.

I would leave out the vermiculite.

BTW, I am using a mix of Happy Frog and Ocean Forest, 2 parts OF and 1 part HF and about 1/2 part perlite. It is an awesome mix. Plants are thriving. I didn't add any lime and have had no ph issues yet. I'm going to top dress some lime tomorrow just for preventative measures though.

Well if you want to be safe get a bag of seed starter mix man, there's no sense in taking any chances with expensive beans. I do think they'd be ok in HF, but it would be just as easy to pop them in some seedling soil and transplant when they have a few sets of leaves..
