Question..... What is this icon that looks like a pair of sunglasses ?

When I go over eyeglasses with my courser, it says "watched" ...... What is this and what does it mean? Did I do something wrong? If I did not sure what???? I did use the word "Douchebag" but only in a playing manner, even followed up with a smiley face just to make sure everyone knew that it was all in fun. I hope that this what all this is about and not something else. Can someone from support please let me know....? Thank you

Thank you Sir....call me a bit paranoid....Hey, let me ask you please....How safe is it to chat here? I know not to mention stuff like your location , places, names, numbers, etc..
