im 6 weeks into flowering and about 5% of the hairs have changed colour im planning on flushing on week 7 will the hairs change colour in time for harvest? because im planning on harvesting in week 9 and i dont know the characteristics of the plants because there from bagseed ... should i start flushing ??? how long does the hairs usaly take to get to 90-95% borwn?

Sorry for poor grammar im a stone head lol

i have searched everyware for answers but noware was specific about how long it takes...

Just off the top of my head, I would wait until week 8 to start flushing and then harvest around week 10. This is just a guess due to most ppl harvesting a bit too early. Pics would help.

You shouldn't plan on a harvest date. You should let th plant tell you when by examining the trichs. When they get to about 24% amber, average from different locations, then flush and cut a week later.

I've grown plants where all the pistils had turned, yet the trichs weren't really ripe.
Obviously hair color change needs trich development confirmation, unless/until you know the strain in question's characteristic finish.
