been growing since aug 19, think there big enough to start flowering or should i wait one more month??

No not even close, go for 18" x 18" .

I'm with Buds, not there yet. They look like they could do with feeding as well...

it really depends on how big is your grow room and how big do you want them to be in the end what light are you going to flower with??? to say wait another month would be bad advice without all the info
