Questions about DIY grow room. Plz help.

Good Evening.
I want to ask some questions about the grow room. Initially I am thinking of making it myself, I want to make a diy grow room from polystyrene (felizol if u know). How does this idea sound? It is good? I want you to tell me opinions or other suggestions if you have.
I also want to buy LED panel and found some cheap (suspiciously cheap) on eBay.

there is no only this one. Check the grow lights from eBay if you can and tell me opinions.
Should I buy from eBay or may I be stolen? I want suggestions for here too if you have.

In general, I want it to come out as cheap as possible (we have € here), to do a good job and to be discreet from smells and everything because I am in a place where the whole phase is completely illegal.
This is my first attempt at cultivation and I hope everything goes perfectly.

Get a tent or build a proper room with studs and plywood or drywall,You can insulate it and have proper environmental control then.
Or if its a micro cab then your polystyrene will work,just have to have air in and vent air out.
No info on lights,Good luck.

Okk thank you very much, I will check it. I don't have enough money for tent or more expensive materials than polystyrene.
But I will have it word in my mind. Thanks!

Really?? Why not?? The most videos I saw was with purple lighting. Do you have anything to suggest?
 
What’s your budget for the whole project?

How many plants are you wanting to run?

Are you going soil, coco or DWC?

How do you Plan to manage heat and humidity?

But let’s start with budget first, that’ll tie everything together.

Yes, it's a light I built myself. Can veg and flower a 5x5 room. Honestly, you are better off saving up more money and doing it right. Don't go cheap as you won't get the results you are looking for and you'll be on here in a month asking why you are having a world of problems. A decent light alone is going to cost more then your available budget and that's before you start with fans, filters and everything else you will need. It all adds up fast. Good luck though.
