Questions about outdoor growing in the high rockies...

I think I am about 9500 feet up, and I want to grow outdoors.

My plan is to veg for as long as I can and get them as big as I can before putting them outside.

Does anyone know exactly what our months are up here? I know it's a small window, but I am unsure of the basic dates/months.

If I stick them outside about June 22nd, will they immediately go into flower because of only 15 hours of light per day? I mean, all I know is give the plants 18 or more hours of light per day in veg cycle, I don't know what would happen if the hours dropped from 18 inside veg room to 15 outside.

Amendment 64 is pretty clear about a locked space for the plants, but does not specify if a fence qualifies, i believe this will be big news when a law in applied to say one way or the other. Until that point, greenhouse construction is in the plans!!!
