Questions on cfl veg/flower

OKAY IM NEW ITS MY FIRST TIME GROWIN :twisted: AND I WAS WONDERING IF ITS OKAY TO USE THE SAME CFL FOR VEG AND FLOWERING I HAVE A 26 WATT DAYLIGHT BULB 1600 LUMENS AND A 150 WATT GENERAL LIGHT DOEASNT SAY COOL OR WARM WHITE THAT ONE HAS 2900 LUMENS AND I ALSO HAVE 3 32 WATT ONES THAT HAVE 1750 2 FLURO TUBES WITH A THOU LUMENS EACH IS THAT OK FOR VEG AND FLOWERING? ITS A SMALL SET UP A AREA OF 37 INCHES WIDE BY TWO FEET DEEP WITH ADJUSTING SHELF TO KEEP LIGHT 2-3 INCHES FROM PLANT WILL THAT BE OK?

Ive read it all very many times it says i should use day light for veg higher blue spectrum and warm and cool white for the red during flowering but it doesnt say id i can use just one type through the whole grow and if i used the red if they would just mature faster

you can use one spectrum-type through the whole grow... but it won't be any good

just invest in some CFL's that are in the warm red spectrum
or
if you got money blow it on a 400W HPS

for the cfls look for the kelvin rating, should be something like 6000k or 4800k i dont remember wich ones r for flower and veg sry
