quetion about lights

ive got a floresent lights and a 600 watt hps light, how should i use them should i start them off on the floresent on its own and the hps after a while (and if so how long) or start them of together. if som 1 reply i would b gratful

once your seedlings break the surface of your growing medium use the fluorescent lights as these operate with a much lower temp than the hps and they won't burn your youngins as easily. once they start getting a couple of node on them switch over to the hps and you can use the fluorescent lights to augment the hps and put them on the sides near the bottom of the plant
