Quick Flushing Question

On the back of seed packs it gives the flowering time, for example 9 weeks.

Let's say im doing a 2 week flush. Do i wait for the 7th week to start flushing or do i start on the 9th week?

Wait until they look done.

Seed Banks only give an estimate - probably based on 1000w lights - and are notorious for under-estimating flowering times.
