Quick question

My buddy and his wife are growing for the first time, they haven’t put nearly as much research into growing as I have, they pretty much are just winging it. They have this small plant that has already flowered and grew a fat nug is it still able to be harvest and cured and smoked? Or is it too premature?

I'm also dealing with the same issue first time grower my cannabis plant has decent size nugs and not quite sure when I should harvest. I’m hoping someone will be able to help me out or give me some guide. I hope these pictures are able to help y’all out not able to see much orange hair in picture, but there is.

First guy: the thing is so small it probably isn’t going to matter when you
Smoke the 1 joint out of it. That said, another couple weeks and more light on it. It looks like the leaves have some spots on them. Maybe time for some love. Also some webs on the top bud check for bugs. The plant in the background looks good.

Looks like it has spider mites

It’s actually feminized, I told them, it takes more than just throwing them in soil, they literally were flowering light cycle through seedling, which obviously I didn’t know until too late.
