quick seed question?

yea its a noob question...anyways this is gonna be my first grow i been germinating 2 seeds for 3 days now and there sprouting pretty good but just to be 100% sure do i plant them with the white thing facing up or down??

when seed's pop the root stretches out pushing the seed to the surface. the seed falls away reviling where the leaf growth will be. How is that

lol just so you know its called the tap root and its always down
