Quite confused and need help T_T

Currently, I only have two strains in my grow tent and I'm planning to clone as many as possible for outdoor growing in late May.
But a tough problem is that I'm living in a place where is a low latitude region and the longest day light hours in summer solstice day is not more than 15 hours.
I'm very afraid of that once putting clones outside they will turn to flowering immediately. A few days ago I just put the two regular Durban Poisons outside for 3 days then it showed its balls right away.

And my timer has been set as 18/6, the local sunrise and sunset is 6:12 a.m. to 7:09 p.m. today ,nearly 13 hours day light.

MY QUESTION IS, can I reset the timer to synchronize the sunrise and sunset time to mimic a natural day light hour?
If I do this, will them flowering?
I'm really afraid of early flowering, that means no much yield.
And why is the wild marijuana plants where near the regions of tropic of cancer don't flower early? Their longest day light hours in the day of summer solstice is not more than 14 hours, and cannabis are indigenous plants there.
Please help.

You need to gradually work you light cycle down to mimic what's going on outside to reduce shock. Shock alone can push balls on a female...

Could you please guide me more specifically? Now my plants are 18/6 and add 10 min dark hour per day? 10 min per day means a gradual way?
And 12 days it can be added to 2 hours so the dark hours is 8 hours.

just add 1/2 hour to an hour extra dark per week until you get to 14 hrs. then when outside reaches 14 hrs of light throw them out.

fuck playing with timers every day.

also the reason plants dont just flower straight away in the tropics is because from seed outdoors the plant has to mature first before it will flower, if you start your plants indoors in these areas and them move them outside they will generally start flower straight away.
