just curious on how effect you think it would be? def looks cool haha. need a new veg light so im just skimmin thru different things.

Hmmm....Seems Off-brand and complexed...

Its cheap, and would get the veg job done....but i think you might be better off with a nice T5 HO setup.


PS, try not to do that "bump" thing...specially after like 2 hrs.

Ad does not mention ballast for the MH - is that in the housing or what?

that looks like it's for a fish tank . One of the main things I would look into is , how much are replacement bulbs gonna cost ? Are they easy to get ?

The ballast is remote and the same ebay seller offers replacement bulbs for only 10 bucks. The spectrum on the bulbs he offers starts at 10000k and goes up. I was looking into this same fixture for a fishtank and there were a few positive reviews on some reef aquarium sites. The one consistent complaint was that it seemed to run hotter than some of the more expensive fixtures.
