Rate the integrated pest management

Yo, I've finally gotten a routine going, but I still feel like there are new bite marks on my plants. So I was wondering what my weak spots are in terms of pest management.

1) Spray with diluted neem oil and water with it, once a week (To deter stuff on leaves, under leaves, in soil)

2) Spray with BT once a week, to get rid of caterpillars

3) Copper tape around pots to deter slugs (Seems efficient so far)

4) Yellow sticky traps on all pots

I've checked each plant and I can't spot any pests under the leaves or hiding anywhere, I've shaken the plants and no caterpillars fall off. So maybe I'm just discovering old bite marks and working myself into a fuzz for nothing? Who knows.

I use clean sand as a preventative layer on top of soil. About an inch thick.

I also spray w sm90 a few times during veg.
And keep the room tents are in as cold as possible. Bugs like it warm.

I'd mix some pyrethrum in with the BT-k in veg, then spinosad+BT-k thru early flower
