luckily for me, some of you guys were a little more helpful last month when i joined this forum to ask that question.

Try google as a first source. My first try, as sketchy as it was, was a success. There was a toll free number for me to call, and I was able to speak with an actual person on the line, so I figured I had a good shot of not getting scammed.
