Re-Plant my solo Female?

So, in the house we just bought a female plant starting growing in one of the garden beds. Very nice! Not knowing what to do, I just let it go and it growing a good amount of buds.

My question, is there a way to re-plant this for next year? Do I do anything? Do I need a male plant? This one just came up on its own outta no where.

the plants die after yield ever year. If you let it go and just harvest the buds, it should pop up again next year

you can clone it, simply cut off a stem dip into into a rooting hormone and re-plant it...there are more detailed videos around the web i think Mr.Green shows how too do it, link is around here somewhere
