re-vegged clones still showing hairs

I have some clones that have been re-vegging for round 3 wks.
I know they have reverted back to veg because of all the new growth. Yet, there are still popping new hairs. Not like it's flowering, but the way a plant does when they first show sex.
Just wondering if this is normal with a reveg, or if maybe it was too much stress for the clones.

I re-vegged one plant and it always had a few hairs but was clearly not flowering. When I did put it back into flower, it went nuts, it was enormous. Those hairs in the re-veg never seemed to have any consequence.

thanks for the replies people. Yea, I knew about the age. Hell it might be grey hair old as those girls are.
I had them in flower for about 3 wks, then I had 2 orders of beans get snagged. So I had to throw them back in veg. Then a cpl wks later the seedbank finally got an order thru to me. So now it's back to flower for the clones. ( poor girls) Anyway got 6 beans germed and in starter cubes.
Sorry for the delayed response, Im f**ked up as a soup sandwich.

Hey is that 3 weeks to root? or three weeks to just grow veg growth?

Took about 8 dys to pop roots after cutting, then 2 wks veg. Then flipped to flower for cpl wks now back in veg for cpl wks actual reveg time.
They were originaly flowered cause I flipped the mother to flower, they were leftovers so to speak.
