o ya, i'd move cakes to similar distance apart from each other and walls. not a big deal, just will end up with more pretty thangs i believe.

Im no expert, but is not your chamber susposto have holes in it to promote a draft.

Im thinking the reason why they are slow to fruit is not enouth evaporation, Evaporation is a major cause of 'pining'

Are you fanning enouth as well ? before spraying ?

There is an air pump pushing filtered air several times a day. All the cakes are pinning, now.
