Ready to flower?

This is my first grow I'm doing three plants in soil under 400w hps in a 3x3. They are 5 weeks 6 days from breaking soil. I'm slightly worried about vertical height so I'm thinking of flipping in the next few days. I was having some pH problems but I think they are resolved for the most part. Should I wait longer or do they look ready. Sorry about hps in the photo didn't want to move them cause they're a bit of a pain to move and I'm high.

I'm pretty new so I generally don't offer too much advice. They do look a bit overwatered, but I have under and over watered mine so don't go by me lol

As far as the vertical space, it looks like you could use a screen, and just weave them through a screen as they stretch to keep them down.

Thanks for the advice. I think the watering is fine, they just started using way more water than usual so I'm still getting the hang of their new needs. Must have developed better roots. Anyway I'm gonna put them into flower tonight and hope for the best. Will update with pics when they start to do their thing.
