Really uniform white spots?

So I've been seeing these tiny white spots on my fan leaves, but no damage to any of my leaves and plants seem healthy and happy. Some neem oil is in the mail but not here yet.

They look super uniform and seem to follow the texture of the leaf and can't be scraped off with a fingernail or anything. They're very hard to see on a live leaf, look like almost part of the vascular nature of the leaf, but I've noticed once a removed leaf dies, I can see them a lot better.

Like I said, no other sign of mites, or bugs of any kind, under fan leaves, nothing.

Spider mites, if u don't kill them now you'll see more and more leaves doing that, once you get infested bad it's very hard to get rid of them. Get azatrol and spray immediately
