Hi There Just looking for clarification on the best way to get all the CBD out of a strain, what to look for when getting a strain and how best to use it. Thanks

decarboxilate it. then eat it (choose a method) make canna oil butter yada yada... look at the electron microscope info on decarboxilyization raises cbd's 1-6x

im told black widow and white widow are low in THC and high in CBD and used for pain and convulsions.

?? I was told the THC in ww was VERY high 15-22%?? unsure of the cbd's
