Cali doesn't accept other state's medical cannabis programs, so no. Neither does Colorado, but they're recreational now, so you can get whatever the recreational limit is there.

Vegas has Reciprocity I believe it started in April of 2014 but don't quote me on that. I know some of the delivery services will honor your AZ card and I think this is all on the up and up.
