recommendation for 1 to 2 plants

Looking to setup my small cabinet 3x1x4 to be constant 12/12.This cabinet will hold one maybe 2 plants and will be only for flowering. Currently doing cfl and looking to go LED what are a recommended light for small space.

if you could make it a 2x3x4 you will enjoy that extra space. Not sure where its going but if you could add that extra foot of width in there it will be better for airflow/growth/working etc. Whats your budget? I would get two blackstar 240w (135w actual draw per panel) Have them run lengthwise side by side. You will get good buds with that set up.

2 or 3 x Kessil H350s would be nice for a small space like yours. Quiet, not too hot, but a bit pricey.
