Red Hairs and Flowering - Question

I'm working on my first plant...

Right now, about 60% of all of my hairs are red or amber. However, the bud itself still shows nothing but white trichomes. In your estimation, how far am I? Also, my middle and lower buds have most, if not all, of the red haired bud. The stuff on top is mostly white haired. Is that normal?

I would post a pic but all I have is my phone's camera and it's no good. Sorry.

some strains mature that way

Sounds like they are having their last push , if new white hairs are popping out I,d def wait a bit . Are you viewing your trikes with a scope you sure they are all white?

I agree with kingofqueen, you need to get a good 30-60x microscope and check out your trichomes. The more amber they are the more of a couch lock stone you'll get. If the majority of them are cloudy then you'll get more of a cerebral high. Don't worry so much about the color of the hairs; its not as accurate as the trichomes.

Based on my description, how long would you guess before it's mature enough to chop down?
