Red stems and wilted down leaves

My plants look sad, i had them on muddy soil which i changed yesterday, are they going to be ok? Any one knows what am i doing wrong?

What medium have you put them in? Asking before I suggest feeding them. Did you break up the root ball to free them from the mud they were in or did you just drop them in?
 
I did free them from the mud with a little water pressure, 75% of the outer mud. Im using another type of soil from a local shop and i added perlite, i didnt add perlite before.
