I know cannacare charges $200 and as was said in another thread if you have agood relationship with your PCP you should be able to get your reccomendation letter from them for your $20 co pay.
I was reading the Mass state website here where is says a patients registration is $50 annually. I am sure that gets paid to the state so once you get your letter from the doctor you have to mail the state $50 or is that only when the program is up and running and they have figured out the ID cars
