relay/power strip

I want to wire a relay into my power strip,does anyone have any directions with pics to do this.Thanks

I'm curious to what end do you want to wire a relay into a power strip?

I read that you can cut the plug off of the power strip and wire it to the relay then use a 2 prong plug from something else and wire that to the relay then plug it into a timer.
