been renting for the past couple of years. tired of going from one to the other. anyone been renting long term and hasn't moved for a while? so far i've had a couple room and my first apartment is nice, old victorian home. windows need more plastic wrap. the sinks always seem to have a problem. living in a place where i hear to much hate(gas station less than 100 feet from this place.

no one is ever happy when they talk all you hear is bullshit. of course it is a gas station. a southern town and they are all very unhappy.

...move north, too cold for people to open their mouths and btch, and if they do, it won't happen again till they thaw :)

I've never had any problems with a rented place, but when I rented is was always a condo.

I have rented my whole life uintil now. sucks paying money to someone every month and the money is going nowhere. the plus side is that you never have to fix anything its the lanlords responsibility.

I've been renting my place for 3 years now. Even if i'm renting, i don't want to be moving about here and there, i like to make home feel like home, not just another flat i'll be saying goodbye too before too long. also gives me a chance to bond with neighbours and as such, not have them on my case for stinking the building out with weed or being seen smoking joints etc. They get to know me and happiliy accept my little habbit :D
