Replacing Black Light Bulb in Fixture with Florescent Bulb??

I bought a blacklight and fixture for one Buck at a yard sale the other day (that's bright green btw) and was wondering about swapping it out with a cool or soft white bulb. I measured the bulb and from end to end (not including the lil two prongs) and it was 17 inches. That being said i Google's tryig to find a replacement so i can get this sucker in my autofem box (flowering box has t5 already). I can't find a replacement that'll seem like its going to work! I found this one and that's it, the prongs and bulb look identical to the black lights AND its the same length, So u think it'll work? It scares me cuz it says its made for a specific fixture...

Anyone? Or am I just better off taking this to Lowes or HD or a Pet store or some shit? Just to make sure.... Their prices are just outrageous tho! Anyways... Here's the link, lemme know what u think. Thanks ahead of time!

It also blows huge dick that its only 16 Watts too... Feel like i could find a higher wattage, but it is like 3000 lumens!

That's probably not going to be much more effective than a picture of the sun. You need to get a light system that is specifically for growing. T5's are great for vegging and a small power HPS would do a great job for flowering one or two plants. If you buy lights that do not put out the right wavelength you're wasting your money.

I'm not looking for this as my whole lighting system, I have 4 t5's and more than 8 handfuls worth of reflectors, grow boxes, cfls of ALL SIZES AND SPECTRUMS..... I was just wondering if this bulb would fit in this fixture. Its a lil experiment I'm doing.... Bbbwwaahahaha! ;)
