Repotting during flowering? Quick question!

So :-P<- that guy is growing 3 plants, and he has two in decent size containers but one is in a water bottle. The two in decent sized pots are doing well, and the one in the water bottle is barely showing signs of flowering despite it being a few weeks into flowering.. It also has bassically stopped growing and he figures this means it is rootbound.

The question is, now that it's (sortof) flowering, can the guy with the smiley face transplant into a different pot?

thanks,
:leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf: stay green
