Requisite(s) for asset forfeiture?

Wondering if authorities must prove you are selling in order to seize assets...

What if someone was a grower with 2 plants for personal use -- could they really seize the person's entire assets without proving any sales occurred?

Yes. They can seize assest without charging you, at least in Canada.

The asset just needs to be connected with the illegal activity. If you grow in your house illegally they can seize your house without needing to charge you specifically.

They can and do in the 'Land of the Free' as well

althow asset forfeture is usualy done on a local level , and their fore subject to their local laws

one off the best things to do is simmply talk to some of your local cops , just watch your wording

Never talk to cops, thats crazy. They have to keep records on everything that happens including your conversation topics. Talk to a lawyer!!!
