Rockwool

Is it alright to use rockwool that u use for home insulation ? Or is it diffrent type.Because in area where I live theres no hydro shop around and I dont want to use internet to buy anything related.

nah, dont do it. it will work though, but likely treated with chems in manufacturing.
I've grown in a spnge before ...so anything is possible. If you dont want to use the net
go to a store and get some pop up rooting pucks, in the gardening section at hardware stores, little greenhouses
you're getting warmer.....
